Job Summary
Maintain the community's interior and exterior physical condition through daily inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, report time and attendance, and ensure a clean, OSHA-approved work environment. Address resident service requests in a timely manner while enforcing safety policies and responding to emergency calls on weekends and after hours. Perform electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, adhering to Landmark Properties policies and protecting resident confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
