Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a key role in maintaining the operational efficiency of an office building by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, handling repairs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness for all occupants.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and maintenance documentation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climb ladders and perform tasks in various physical environments
