Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the physical condition and appearance of a property, performing hands-on maintenance, coordinating maintenance programs, and delivering excellent customer service to residents. This role requires diagnosing and performing major and routine maintenance, overseeing preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with city, state, and government inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Must have own basic tools or be willing to obtain required hand tools
- Ability to tolerate extreme hot and cold weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
