Maintenance Technician - The Radley

As a Maintenance Technician at The Radley, you will perform general maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping services to ensure quality and curb appeal of apartment homes. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services, assisting in the maintenance of storage areas, refurbishing and renovating apartments, walking the property daily to ensure quality, and notifying the Community Manager of safety concerns. You will also carry out service requests, manage maintenance operations in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, and complete tasks as needed for other properties. To succeed, you should have at least 3-4 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
