Maintenance Technician | The Pines Apartments

Execute preventive maintenance programs for resident units, common areas, grounds, and equipment while documenting all work orders and turnovers. Maintain the overall condition and cleanliness of the maintenance shop and property, including snow removal and curb appeal. Respond to emergency after-hour calls and natural disasters, conducting routine inspections to mitigate risk and ensure safety per CSM standards. Safeguard all equipment and supplies, manage the maintenance budget, and adhere to procurement guidelines and fair housing laws. Ensure resident satisfaction through courteous, timely service and team collaboration.
