Maintenance Technician - The Paseo at Town Center

Maintenance Technician responsible for technical and mechanical work to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality. Responsibilities include completing resident-requested and preventative maintenance work orders, performing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, managing materials and inventory, ensuring proper documentation and paperwork, maintaining grounds and amenities, and supporting cost-control by using parts efficiently. Role requires on-call availability, OSHA safety training, and ability to travel as needed between properties.
