Job Summary
Maintain the appearance and operations of The Paramount apartment community in Atlanta by performing repairs, completing work requests for common areas and units, conducting preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, and assisting in preparing vacant units for new residents. May have occasional on-call duties with trip stipend. Create and maintain a safe work environment. Requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting; HVAC and EPA experience preferred; CPO certification preferred; valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.
