Maintenance Technician - The Opal

Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing building systems, completing work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance, completing the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes, inventory and materials management, documenting service activities, and assisting in grounds/amenities maintenance. Duties include safety compliance, OSHA-related training, vendor coordination, inspecting and reporting on property conditions, and occasional travel to other properties. Requires the ability to work inside/outside in various weather, lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and state/local certifications as required.
