Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. Walk the property daily, notify the Community Manager of safety concerns, and maintain accurate records of all tasks completed. Assist with maintenance of storage areas, refurbish apartments per company standards, and run errands to support the property. Carry out maintenance duties in the Supervisor's absence, including scheduling staff and vendors, while completing all service requests according to company standards. Available for weekend work, on-call duties, and after-hours emergency service requests 24/7. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience
- Sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment up to the standard of a Maintenance Technician
- Available for weekend work
- Available for on-call duties
- Available for after-hours emergency service requests
- Available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week as schedule
