Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician responsible for performing plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, electrical and heater maintenance; assist with apartment turnovers and coordinate with Lead Maintenance; maintain organized workspace, report safety and maintenance issues, manage inventory and vendor coordination, and assist with exterior/interior property upkeep, vehicle (golf carts) and pool/spa maintenance, lighting replacement, and adherence to Maintenance, Emergency Procedures, Leasing and Marketing, Management and Operations manuals; follow safety guidelines, wear PPE, and perform duties in various weather conditions; physical requirements include prolonged standing, climbing stairs, lifting heavy items, and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.
