Job Summary
Conduct independent on-site repairs for Homeowner Associations, including drywall patching, carpentry, plumbing fixes, and hardware adjustments. Perform seasonal grounds care by weeding, clearing snow, and maintaining recreational areas while inspecting clubhouses and restocking supplies. Manage a 35-mile driving route across Oregon and Washington, reporting hazards and tracking work orders directly with the local Management office. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to work a 5-day schedule between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM with seasonal weekend flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

- Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment safely
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds safely
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
- Capability to use hand tools, power tools, and technical equipment safely and effectively
- Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated or confined spaces as needed
- Ability to read labels, instructions, technical documents, and safety signage
- Ability to work a 5-day schedule between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Flexibility to perform seasonal weekend work
