Job Summary
Complete maintenance service requests for Windsor Park Estates, performing plumbing repairs, appliance replacements, and HVAC diagnostics. Execute electrical work, painting, carpentry, and snow removal duties while preparing recently vacated units for move-in. Maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems through motor and burner replacements. Facilitate community pool upkeep and handle special projects as assigned. This 40-hour weekly role includes a rotating on-call schedule. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, this position supports Zaremba Management Company's operations across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- relevant maintenance experience
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of general maintenance equipment and tools (hand tools, power tools, user-moved aids, measuring devices)
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair light electrical, carpentry, and plumbing issues
- Ability to communicate with staff members, tenants, and vendors
- Displays a positive, friendly and professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a cohesive team
- an ability to be on one's feet for extended periods of time
- an ability to lift and move materials or equipment up to 50 pounds
