Job Summary
Maintenance Technician for The Lodge at Hidden River responsible for apartment maintenance needs (appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gates, pools), responding to emergencies after-hours, preparing vacant units for rent, maintaining shops/amenities/inventory, and providing resident support through professional communication and timely issue resolution. Will log service requests, update databases, monitor contractor performance, and follow company standards. Requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred), refrigeration certification Type II or Universal within 90 days, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to bend, kneel, climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 50 lbs, move appliances 75–300+ lbs, relocate commercial laundry machines, and perform elevated tasks with hand tools. Salary $22.00–$24.00/hour with full-time benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, 401k, and tuition/certifications assistance. Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience (apartment experience preferred)
- Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal) within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
