Job Summary
Monitor residential sites, building locations, clubhouse, and amenities for cleanliness and organization. Review, assign, and follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion and acceptance. Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and observe independent contractor work to ensure quality. Respond to after-hour emergency issues and develop preventative maintenance programs to minimize owner costs. Assist with organizing inventory, executing unit turnover, and fulfilling rotating on-call duties. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with nights or weekends required as needed.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in building maintenance
- Experience with HVAC and appliance repair
- A valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Possess strong administrative, organization and communication skills
- Self-motivated and excels at working in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks) in hot, cold, and wet environments
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to fulfill rotating on-call duties as needed
