Maintenance Technician - The Junction College Station

Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment while assisting with interior and exterior property repairs and preventative maintenance. Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, perform daily inspections, and ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner. Enforce community safety, emergency, and fire evacuation policies by responding to calls and documenting resident behavior violations. Maintain active communication with residents and parents to exceed their expectations and foster a positive community environment. Available for weekend and after-hours emergency calls. Requires two years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, with HVAC certification preferred.
