Job Summary
Maintenance Technician role at Greystar’s The Julia in Mesa, AZ. Responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure building systems and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and functionality standards, including diagnosing defects from work orders, completing make-ready tasks for vacants, material management, documentation of service requests, and assisting with grounds and property maintenance while adhering to safety policies and OSHA training. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local certifications as required, and a valid driver’s license for on-property operations. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance; occasional travel to other properties may be required.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable)
- certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
