Job Summary
Maintain and repair the property including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems; respond promptly to maintenance requests; conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues; ensure safe and compliant operations; maintain curb appeal of grounds, exteriors, and common areas; collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and vendors; keep accurate maintenance records; assist with vendor management and scheduling; participate in after-hours on-call rotation and snow/ice removal as required; provide and maintain a basic set of personal tools; follow safety procedures and SOPs; monitor maintenance software for task updates and completion status; comply with OSHA standards; demonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year’s experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Ability to work in outdoor environments in all weather conditions
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Must provide required tools within 30 days of employment
