Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at Easton Block & Supply (H&K Group). Perform ongoing facility maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machines, utilities, and equipment. Duties include electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system inspections; tooling and tool shop upkeep; completing work orders; adhering to OSHA/MSHA and safety policies; training on use and maintenance of new tools; and potential initiation or leadership of small projects as directed. Requires high school diploma or GED, 10 years of related experience, welding experience, valid driver’s license, ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and proficiency with MS Office. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, preventive care, safety compliance, and the ability to work overtime as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 10 years related experience
- Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems on all assigned equipment
- Welding experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Computer skills including data entry, MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use mechanics hand tools
- Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE
- Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting)
