Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician role requires expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machine processes involving robotics, PLCs, and mechanical systems. Candidates should have strong skills in electrical and mechanical maintenance, including knowledge of sensors, pneumatic systems, and wiring electrical panels.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must provide proof of high school graduation
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or advanced manufacturing environments
- Strong hands-on PLC proficiency
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Advanced mechanical aptitude
- Strong electrical troubleshooting experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- PLC experience (Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Robotic programming experience (preferably 6-axis robotics)
- CNC experience
