Job Summary
Conduct routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and make-ready services for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and common areas. Diagnose and fix issues ranging from A/C systems to pool areas, while coordinating utility meter cut-offs and ensuring safe storage conditions. Perform snow removal, grounds cleanup, and minor repairs on stairs, gates, and fixtures. Utilize personal transportation to source parts and supplies, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Work on-call shifts with occasional expedient travel to properties or the corporate office.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Prior Maintenance Experience
- vocational, technical, or trade education
- Ability to Work On-Call Shifts
- Owns Personal Tools & Reliable Vehicle

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- High degree of flexibility with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of computers and web-based applications
