Job Summary
Maintenance Technician at a Yardley, PA property responsible for routine and preventive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems; perform make-readies, inspect and repair equipment, manage safety and hazardous materials per EPA/OSHA rules, respond to unsafe conditions, coordinate with senior staff, assist in inventory and make-ready repairs, perform snow removal as needed, and ensure secure storage; requires HS diploma/equivalent, valid driver’s license/insurance, and hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry; strong professionalism and ability to work in a team to maintain safe, well-maintained apartment communities.
