Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for a broad range of on-site upkeep across apartment communities, including preventive maintenance, repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and safety-related systems; perform make-readies and coordinate with maintenance team to keep common areas and units in safe, clean condition; operate under company safety policies and regulatory requirements (EPA/OSHA); on-call rotation and local property duties such as snow removal, door/lock maintenance, and coordinating with senior staff to complete repairs on schedule; must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license with insurance, and own basic tools; HVAC, plumbing, electrical skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (College Degree or Coursework Desirable)
- Prior Maintenance Experience Required (vocational, technical, or trade education preferred)
- Ability to Work On-Call Shifts
- Owns Personal Tools & Reliable Vehicle (driver’s license required)
- HVAC Certification & Experience Preferred
- Plumbing Skills
- Electrical Skills
