Job Summary
Maintenance Technician to assist with the community maintenance program, preserve interior and exterior conditions, and provide customer-service oriented support. Responsible for maintenance operations and repairs, preventative maintenance, inventory monitoring, timely completion of service requests, and after-hours emergency availability. Role emphasizes safety compliance, resident relations, clear communication with residents and the Maintenance Supervisor, and contributing to a positive, inclusive community environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- HVAC certification preferred
- excellent communication and people skills
- Computer literacy preferred
- OSHA approved work environment
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
