Maintenance Technician

Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, installations, and repairs on assigned equipment to ensure proper operation and function per safety regulations and company policy. Perform routine inspections, basic installations, minor repairs, and general building maintenance including carpentry, painting, light plumbing, and electrical device repairs. Maintain all records, work orders, and reports for code and regulatory purposes while processing and turning in completed requests. Utilize electronic systems to order parts and maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in clean, safe, working order. Adhere to OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations, wear proper PPE, and respond to emergency situations to ensure facility safety. Comply with all safety requirements and maintain technical skills and required certifications.
