Job Summary
Conduct all daily repairs and maintenance for the apartment community, servicing HVAC systems, electrical/mechanical systems, plumbing, grounds, structural elements, and mechanical equipment. Perform apartment refurbishment and ensure optimal resident experience and property presentation. Maintain a high degree of accountability and ownership while managing internal and external customer service. Work in a 24-hour on-call rotation with availability to respond to maintenance needs upon schedule.
