Job Summary
Maintain property and facilities, perform repairs across building systems (appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry), inspect units and common areas, participate in on-call emergency maintenance, and support resident services; requires organization, reliability, and ability to work with staff, with overtime and snow removal as needed; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years maintenance experience
- Willingness to perform janitorial/gardening/etc
- Basic carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with diverse people
- Spanish speaking a plus
