Job Summary
Maintains and repairs building systems and common areas at The Bower by completing work orders and preventative maintenance, performing make-ready inspections for vacant apartments, sourcing materials, coordinating vendors, and documenting service activity; supports safety and risk management per OSHA and company policies; handles grounds maintenance tasks (pressure-washing, painting, debris removal) and assists in inspections of property for quality standards; requires EPA refrigerant recycling certifications and a valid driver's license; may require mobility to move between indoor/outdoor areas and occasional off-hours work.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (if applicable)
