Job Summary
Maintain the community's interior and exterior physical condition through daily inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance while ensuring an OSHA-approved work environment. Monitor inventory, assist with turn operations, and complete service requests in a timely manner. Enforce safety policies, respond to emergency calls on weekends and after hours, and address resident behaviors that violate community agreements. Requires 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, plus HVAC certification and computer literacy. Available for on-call rotation to support resident and parent needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Must have excellent communication and people skills
- Must be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred
- Computer literacy preferred
