Job Summary
Maintains and performs general repairs of buildings and grounds for Staybridge Suites Corona, focusing on hotel maintenance, room PMs, equipment repairs, and compliance with regulations to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and regional leadership, submitting warranty submittals, managing maintenance inventories and budgets, performing pool/spa care, overseeing housekeeping-adjacent tasks, tracking repairs and QA scores, and training maintenance personnel. Requires CPO certification and experience with plumbing/electrical systems, preventative maintenance scheduling, and accurate record-keeping.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months – 1+ year hotel maintenance experience preferred
- CPO certification
- Ability to perform daily maintenance checks
- Identify and report needed repairs to parking lot and sidewalks
- Ability to maintain and repair plumbing and electrical systems
