Job Summary
Start, stop, and operate various equipment and systems while performing repairs to facility plumbing, building maintenance, and electrical, mechanical, and construction projects. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, maintain accurate records of activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with team members to support operational needs, order and maintain inventory of supplies and parts, and work flexible hours including weekends or on-call shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if required
