Job Summary
Respond to and resolve facility maintenance requests submitted through the ticketing system by store teams and District Managers across multiple Texas locations. Prioritize service calls and travel schedules based on business needs and operational urgency, handling urgent issues like pipe bursts or electrical concerns by responding directly or coordinating outside contractors. Perform routine building repairs and preventative maintenance, including plumbing, basic electrical work, painting, and drywall, while documenting all completed tasks and communicating effectively with store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic repairs
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple maintenance requests using a ticketing system
- Proven track record of responding promptly to urgent maintenance issues
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with employees, managers, and contractors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel across Texas regions, organizing trips based on workload and urgency
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of completed maintenance tasks
- Commitment to performing all work safely and in compliance with company standards
- Must be able to travel throughout Texas markets
- Must be available for occasional after-hours, emergency, or weekend service calls
