Job Summary
Maintenance Technician based in Louisa, VA responsible for basic maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on U straw machines, extruders and the telescopic straw production line; perform cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and identify general machine anomalies; report on maintenance tasks; participate on Autonomous Maintenance Teams and lead teams as needed; train other employees; problem solving; follow AM/PM logs, maintain SAP5 equipment tree, and support preventive and corrective maintenance per maintenance plans; ensure production safety and adherence to SOPs and 5S standards; contribute to maintenance improvement initiatives and drive equipment uptime.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years basic machine maintenance experience
