Job Summary
Conduct interior and exterior preventative and repair maintenance across two Fitchburg, WI apartment communities, handling general requests, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs. Perform building inspections for move-ins and move-outs, manage punch lists, and execute on-call service requests and emergency calls. Demonstrate safe use of hand and power tools while maintaining inventory and organizing supplies cost-effectively. Communicate resident concerns and operational issues to supervisors, ensuring all work meets safety and operations standards. Requires CPO/EPA and HVAC experience with a valid driver's license for roving duties between properties.

- At least 2 years experience in residential maintenance
- Experience with unit turns
- Experience with appliance repairs
- Experience with plumbing issues
- Knowledge of basic maintenance
