Job Summary
Maintain medical center campus grounds and building systems, including daily tasks and preventive maintenance; coordinate and complete special projects; fulfill on-call duties; operate and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, and safety-critical systems; use a variety of hand and power tools; operate vehicles such as trucks, tractors, front-end loaders, and snow plows; ensure compliance with Hazmat, OSHA, fire, and building codes; perform routine safety checks and follow established procedures; flexibility for potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years experience in commercial grounds-keeping and/or maintenance preferred
