Job Summary
Conduct daily property inspections and report service issues to the supervisor. Perform basic mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance while scheduling and monitoring vendors. Maintain common areas, manage the Work Order database, and keep grounds free of debris. Execute minor repairs, touch-up painting, and irrigation fixes. Identify and report safety concerns to management. Work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and after-hours emergency calls. Requires ability to lift 75 pounds, drive, and alternate between indoor and outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of building and grounds maintenance experience
- HVAC experience
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays, etc., and response to after-hours emergency calls
- Must be able to lift heavy loads utilizing safe work methods
- Able to lift 75 pounds or more
- Valid state driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year maintenance experience
- Ability to consistently project a positive image of the Company
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine
- Strong team player, willing to help and assist others when needed

- All Maintenance personnel are required a general physical ensuring the healthy ability to lift 50 lbs

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a residential community (Preferred)
- HVAC and Pool Certification is a Plus (Preferred)
- Bilingual preferred but not required
