Job Summary
Perform light painting duty, outside custodial duties, and groundskeeping while executing building maintenance tasks. Utilize standard methods, tools, and equipment for electrical repairs, plumbing, and A/C systems. Maintain physical stamina for lifting up to 50 LBS, walking, stooping, and standing for long periods. Requires minimum six months of janitorial cleaning industry experience. Full-time, first-shift position in Laguna Beach, CA, with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K/403b.
Required Qualifications
- knowledge and the ability to use standard methods, practices, tools, and equipment utilized in the cleaning industry
- Minimum 6 months of experience
- Must be able to perform physical abilities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 50 LBS
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Knowledge of electrical repairs
- Minimum knowledge of plumbing
Desired Qualifications
- A/C Certified is a plus or knowledge of A/C
