Job Summary
Complete all resident work orders, apartment turnovers, and preventative maintenance tasks. Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs while managing snow removal as needed. Execute alternating on-call shifts for emergency calls, including travel time and time-and-a-half pay for emergencies. Lift moderate to heavy weights daily and stand or walk throughout the day. Maintain a valid driver's license and own transportation to live within 30 minutes of Lynn, MA. Join the Marian Gardens team to support resident growth and retention at this 94-unit family apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- basic electrical/plumbing/ HVAC/appliance repair skills
- Must be able available to complete On-call duties
- Must be able to complete snow removal as needed
- Complete preventative maintenance activities
- Must be able to lift moderate weights of between 30-60 lbs on a regular basis
- the ability to stand and/or walk all day
- strength and endurance in performing heavy manual labor
- Alternating on-call shifts
- Must live within 30mins of Lynn for on-call
- Valid driver's license
- own transportation
- Previous maintenance experience
