Maintenance Technician for Park at Caldera Apartments responsible for responding to residential service requests, painting and grounds upkeep, resolving maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, sheetrock, plumbing, and appliance repair; preparing vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements; cleaning and maintaining grounds and common areas; providing residents with outstanding customer service.
