Job Summary
Respond to and complete resident work orders while performing general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping. Ready apartments for move-in and coordinate necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs. Respond immediately to emergencies, accidents, and safety/disaster plans. Assist with resident daily activities and special events. Requires 1+ years of experience, HVAC/EPA certification, and a high school diploma. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Maintenance role
- HVAC Certified
- EPA certified
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
