Complete maintenance work orders, perform apartment make-ready tasks, and diagnose repairs for HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing. Identify and fix leaks, maintain pool equipment for safety compliance, and assist with preventative property upkeep. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation. This role requires standing, bending, and lifting in a physically active environment. Required Qualifications
