Maintenance Technician

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner, resolving maintenance issues involving A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing, and appliance repair. Paint and pick up grounds, prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs, and maintain common areas. Provide residents with outstanding customer service while conducting cleaning and maintenance tasks. Requires at least two years of onsite experience and valid identification. Full-time position with base plus commission, 401(k), dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off at Marina Grande North Apartments.
