Job Summary
Complete maintenance work orders and perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units, while identifying and fixing plumbing issues like leaks and minor pipe repairs. Maintain pool equipment to ensure safety standards compliance and assist with general property upkeep through preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation. HVAC and pool certifications are preferred, along with experience in apartment maintenance and work order systems. This role supports Tarantino Properties' commitment to resident well-being and property reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing
- Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC (EPA) certification preferred
- Pool certification preferred
