Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining appearance and functionality of units, buildings, grounds, waterfront, vehicles and common areas across the Rangeley Lake Resort. Performs general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and responds to guest needs. Repairs carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances; conducts plumbing maintenance; troubleshoots electrical issues; inspects and maintains units and resort areas; reports and fixes safety issues; coordinates with management/front desk; completes daily assignments; may perform lawn, landscaping, and snow removal; willing to train on machinery; OSHA training encouraged; pool certification (CPO) or willingness to obtain; valid driver’s license required; high school diploma or GED required; at least two years of maintenance experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CPO Pool Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a general maintenance position or equivalent technical training
- Willingness to train on machinery
- OSHA courses as needed
