Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine and preventative maintenance for campus facilities and residential apartments, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC support, and general repairs. Complete work orders, respond promptly to emergency repair needs including after-hours or on-call situations, and inspect buildings to identify safety hazards or code compliance concerns. Prepare residential units for occupancy through turnover repairs, inspections, and light renovations while maintaining tools and documenting all work. Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and administrators regarding maintenance needs and timelines. Assist with campus events, room setups, and seasonal projects as needed.
