Job Summary
Monitor residential sites, building locations, clubhouse, and amenities for cleanliness and organization. Review, assign, and follow up on open work orders to ensure timely completion. Demonstrate excellent customer service during encounters with residents, vendors, and community members. Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and oversee independent contractor work. Respond to after-hour emergency issues and develop preventative maintenance programs to minimize owner costs. Assist with organizing inventory of vehicles, machinery, and tools, and help execute unit turnover procedures.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in building maintenance
- Experience with HVAC and appliance repair
- A valid driver's license
- Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Possess strong administrative, organization and communication skills
- Self-motivated and excels at working in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks) in hot, cold, and wet environments
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to fulfill rotating on-call duties as needed
