Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing car wash equipment across Utah locations; travels 2-3 days per week with occasional overnight trips; 40-50 hours per week with night and weekend availability; operates hydraulics, welding, plumbing, pneumatics, and electrical systems; conducts inspections, orders parts, and supports projects under the Maintenance Director; works independently and as part of a team to minimize downtime; requires 1-2 years of industrial or production maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license; must pass a pre-hire background check and provide MVR.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of industrial or production maintenance experience
- A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must provide your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) at the time of the employment offer
- Experience with electrical systems, mechanical aptitude, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, and plumbing
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- A sense of urgency and dedication to keeping sites operational
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Upon offer, selected candidates must complete a pre-hire background check and provide their Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) at the time of the employment offer
- Maintenance Technicians are required to maintain a valid, unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record as a condition of employment
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, and perform repetitive motions for repairs or installations
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to differentiate colors to identify wiring and equipment indicators
- Ability to climb and work from ladders
