Job Summary
Skilled Electrical Maintenance or Multicraft Technician needed to support night-shift manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment; troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime; responding to equipment failures during production; diagnosing root causes and implementing corrective actions; assisting with installation, modification, and commissioning of equipment; maintaining maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage; following safety procedures and lockout/tagout; collaborating with operations and engineering to improve reliability and uptime; contributing to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and safety.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong multicraft OR electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
- Comfortable working independently on night shift with minimal supervision
