Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, including line changeovers and equipment repairs. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime. Service production-supporting systems, including glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, and chemical distribution. Adhere to all health, safety, GMP, and PPE requirements throughout production and warehouse areas. Maintain food quality and safety standards in compliance with corporate, customer, and regulatory guidelines, including SQF. Report food safety management system concerns to management and complete assigned work orders for inventory tracking. Communicate shift handoffs clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This night shift role supports a leading beverage production company in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge of GMPs and food safety standards within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret machinery blueprints, schematics, and parts manuals
- Ability to work independently with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
