Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform routine and complex repairs on machinery, drills, air cylinders, and instrumentation while troubleshooting using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic schematics. Install, dismantle, and upgrade equipment and structures, operating forklifts, man-lifts, and overhead cranes. Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize uptime, utilizing oscilloscopes, vibration analysis tools, and PCs for diagnostics. Analyze technical data to determine root causes and implement solutions, safely utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding/cutting equipment, and other shop tools. Requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, PLC knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints. Join a team producing and distributing architectural glass and aluminum for commercial and residential construction markets.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of/experience with PLCs
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Previous experience working on conveyors, CNC machines, furnaces, and more
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to use hand and power tools
