Job Summary
Ensure all projects have a sense of urgency while performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines, inspecting drives, motors, belts, fluids, and filters. Conduct unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs for industrial machinery, including diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems by checking blueprints, manuals, and electrical drawings. Manage facility maintenance for plumbing, electrical, pneumatics, and basic HVAC, and perform machine calibrations to ensure straightness, level, and accuracy. Maintain a clean work area and building property when time allows. Requires 5+ years industrial maintenance experience, 2+ years CNC repair, and electrical knowledge from 24Vdc to 480V three phase. Client is a leader in composite and metallic part manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial maintenance position
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machine repair/maintenance
- Industrial electrical experience/knowledge 24Vdc to 480V three phase
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing machinery
- Must possess the ability to work effectively with others and work independently
- Strong communication and organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Heidenhain controls a plus
